Would you rather be right, or effective?

When something needs to happen, we say “This needs to happen.” We say it. We say it again. We say it louder. We’re right! This needs to happen!!

PAUSE

If we want to be effective and MAKE it happen, we might want to try DO-ing “This needs to happen” instead of just saying “This needs to happen.”
