Abstract
This paper is for the person who wants to influence and educate their leader(s) about the radically different approach needed to win at change in today’s knowledge workplace. To influence leaders, we need to understand the evolution of work, the science behind change decision-making, why leaders act the way they do, and practical ways to help leaders think and act differently. This paper addresses all these aspects, to empower the employee to help the leader understand and grasp the differences between traditional change leadership and the now-needed mindset for leaders to succeed in changing their organizations.
