When it’s time to lead a change, we want to move fast. The world’s moving fast around us. Our bosses want to see quick results. But what good is it if we get the change and it doesn’t last?
We can’t have our people going in every direction and lead them through a change. We have to go slow to go fast. Take it from me…I’ve tried doing it the fast way.
