We HAVE to control the message. Our people need to hear it from us, the way we want them to hear it, when we want them to hear it, how we want them to hear it.

Welcome to the 1970s, when people believed what we said…and they had only one source of company information. Today we can’t control the message. We CAN’T control the message.

But we can influence the message…we can influence it. By doing what we say. You see, communications these days is 90 percent action, 10 percent words.

So…let’s maximize the doing.
